Turkey Wrap

Craving a creative snack? The pairing of apples and Swiss cheese makes this turkey wrap an extra special treat

Ingredients:
2 wedges of The Laughing Cow® Light Creamy Swiss Cheese
1 medium whole wheat tortilla, 6 inches
1 tsp honey mustard
2 slices smoked turkey
1/2 cup shredded lettuce or arugula
1/2 cup apple slices

Instructions:
Evenly spread cheese wedges over tortilla; top with mustard, turkey, lettuce and apple.
Roll up tortilla, tucking ends in and securing with a toothpick, if desired.
Yields 1 half wrap per serving.
