Learning Curve Con't.

Ok, so I have an update to my learning curve! Although my Pull-Apart Coffee Cake was a visual disaster it actually turned out to be very delicious!

Sooo delicious, that I decided to try my hand at a new recipe again! This time I made the famous Apricot Pastries for Rachel's Family Baby Shower. It was a three day process that included making the pastry dough made from scratch, but I have to say - the result was a HUGE success (to the eye AND to the tummy!) Several people even asked for the recipe, which is a great sign!
